I seek an Executive Assistant or Administrative role in a collaborative organization where I can apply procurement, calendar, and virtual support skills to improve efficiency and support leadership.

I am a detail-oriented Administrative and Executive Support professional with over five years coordinating office operations, executive calendars, procurement, and tender processes in hybrid and remote environments.

In my current role as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, I streamlined executive workflows, managed procurement and vendor coordination for an annual office budget exceeding KES 1,000,000, and prepared 12+ tender submissions to meet strict compliance and deadlines.

Previously, I served as an Administrative Assistant supervising a team of five, organizing 80+ management meetings, maintaining confidential records, and improving operational efficiency across multiple workstreams. I also have experience in business development, market research, and proposal writing from earlier roles.

I am proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Trello, Slack, Teams and multiple scheduling and CRM tools, and I am committed to delivering organized, reliable executive support and efficient virtual assistance to enable leadership and project success.
