At Cathay United Bank, I supported UAT and functional testing across banking services and onboarding systems. I designed role-based onboarding test cases, recorded expected and actual results in Excel, and retested defects after engineer fixes.
In the Digital Cloud Department, I contributed to scenario-based testing for facial verification and translated user-side failure patterns into recommendations for interface guidance. I also supported UAT and post-release monitoring for an exchange-rate notification redesign, after which production CPU utilisation fell from approximately 100% to 5%.
At SOETEK, I supported an SAP electronic-invoicing workstream, including requirements clarification, configuration checks, testing and go-live support. I also prepared workflow instructions for system training.
