At EarnIn, I’m a founding member of the APAC team, supporting people practices across India and Thailand and aligning them with US-headquartered HR strategy. I work across the employee lifecycle, compliance, and hiring in a cross-time-zone environment.
At Cube, I built the APAC people function from zero and led people integration across 10 entities in EMEA and APAC. I integrated three entities in 110 days with zero business disruption.
I also led an eight-person multi-country HR team at Cube and owned people operations for India and the Philippines. Using CultureAmp survey results, I helped improve eNPS by 22 points; HR metrics reporting cut leadership decision cycles by 40%.
At Yung SaaS, I established people operations for UK and EMEA market entry as the first on-ground HR lead. Earlier, at Peble Business Consulting, I established HR infrastructure for new India and Sri Lanka operations.
