Sandeep comes with extensive experience in HR M&A, Transformation & Roles that require building companies from scratch.
Sandeep is a constant learner with Interests in HR Transformation, Venture Capital & is currently based out of Singapore since 2019.
He currently is enabling the growth of CM.com ( Dutch Tech - SaaS ) in the Asia's while setting up the R&D hub in India and Sales & Marketing hubs across Asia.
Sandeep carries his prior experience of setting up the Technology hub for Rakuten India (Japanese Tech conglomerate), while being the first HR employee of the company and building it to scale.
He has proudly served in the Flying & Administrative branch of the Indian Air Force after having graduated from the “National Defence Academy”, Khadakwasla, Pune, India.
In his free time, he chooses to travel & is an avid scuba diver.
He is slowly getting his hands dirty into the VC space and invests into early stage startups.
