Business Partnering
Lastly, as the first HR & Ops head for CM. com, (SaaS) I have scaled the Asian entities and established the first Asia R&D hub. Additionally, I managed talent across the region and oversaw the implementation of Workday, while managing People Services & Performance Operations.
Set up and grew the first R&D captive unit for Rakuten (Tech), scaled the APAC region. Led all Talent initiatives. Led efforts to transition entities & standardize HR processes & systems across Asia .

Have enabled HR services for a global headcount of varied functions ranging from 10 upwards till 5000.
HR M&A:
Led multiple Due Diligence, Acquisitions, and PMI events and provided Business HR partnership to acquired entities across Asia, EU & US.
