I’m looking for a People Operations/HRBP role where I can own compliance and HRIS-driven analytics, partner with leaders on performance and ER risk, and build scalable HR processes for fast-growing remote teams.

I’m a People Operations & HRBP leader with 6+ years building compliance-first, data-driven HR functions for high-growth SaaS and remote-first organizations. I specialize in stepping into ambiguity—founding HR functions from scratch, stabilizing statutory compliance, and translating workforce data into leadership-facing analytics. I’m SHRM-SCP® certified and fluent across modern HRIS platforms and AI-augmented HR operations.

In my recent role, I built HR dashboards from scratch with Looker Studio to deliver Live Workforce Analytics for an 800 global organization and saved $17000 in tool cost, while owning end-to-end Labour Law & POSH compliance and serving as the primary liaison with PwC for statutory filings. I also redesigned HR service delivery workflow on Zoho, cutting resolution SLA by 61% and sustaining 200+ ticket throughput per quarter, led Payroll Governance for 650+ in India, and owned the Performance Management Cycle with ER/PIP escalation support to reduce legal exposure. Earlier, I founded HR infrastructure for a 30+ person remote workforce, automated payroll workflows with RazorpayX, and in HRBP roles I streamlined operations through Darwinbox logical workflows and converted manual MIS into live Looker Studio dashboards for 350+ global employees—always pairing scalable process design with employee experience through engagement, offsites, recognition, and rewards.
