As Director, People & Culture / HR Head at TYROO, I reduced voluntary attrition from 43% to under 20% through a systematic employee experience overhaul. I tripled employee NPS from 18 to 60+ in 24 months, scaled the organization with 100+ hires across 10 APAC markets, and compressed time-to-offer from 92 to 48 days. I also delivered 100% OKR coverage, led legally compliant office closures across Korea, Vietnam, and Indonesia, and governed a 10-country EOR vendor ecosystem.
Earlier at TITAN & NEO (Directi Group), I built the People function end-to-end as the founding HR leader, transforming performance management into a continuous feedback engine with a competency framework and career playbook. I designed and launched an ESOP program, engagement framework, and rewards & recognition systems—driving a 70% improvement in A-player and new-hire retention and a 380% increase in eNPS, including transitioning all HR processes to 100% virtual within 7 days.
