I’m a founder-trusted HR leader and Strategic HR Business Partner with 6+ years scaling people functions inside high-growth technology startups—from 0→1 policy builds to rapid workforce expansions. I embed deeply with leadership to translate business goals into people strategy while keeping operations airtight across payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, and HRMS implementation.
In my current role as Head of HR, I’ve shaped people strategy and org design for fast-scaling teams and doubled headcount in 2 months, scaling from 30 to 70+ through end-to-end workforce planning, JD design, structured hiring, and onboarding. I also built HR infrastructure from scratch—policies, compensation bands, a PMS framework, and statutory compliance covering PF, ESI, PT, and Gratuity. My global hiring initiatives have helped establish pipelines across India and international markets, supporting aggressive growth plans.
Earlier, I owned end-to-end global hiring across India, US, and China, managed international mobility and visa processes, and led compliance, governance, and legal/financial coordination. I’m especially proud of maintaining zero compliance lapses while driving retention through wellbeing and engagement programmes, and being recognized with a “Best HR” award by both colleagues and leadership.
