What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on HR leadership role where I can build and run HR end-to-end—partnering with CXOs on org design, workforce planning, and HR transformation, while owning governance/compliance and using HR analytics to drive growth.

I’m an HR leader with 17+ years building and scaling HR functions across SaaS, Fintech, HR Technology, Staffing, and Corporate Services. I’ve served as the senior-most HR leader, partnering closely with CXOs on organizational design, workforce planning, and HR transformation.

At Veristrat, I built and scaled the HR function from scratch, growing headcount 3x (50 to 150) while cutting attrition by 18% and lifting engagement scores by 20%. I also owned performance management, compensation reviews, leadership development, and HR compliance across the full employee lifecycle.

At The Sage Group, I built and scaled the Talent Acquisition function from the ground up as the organization grew from 100 to 250 employees. I sourced and closed 60-70 critical business positions during peak hiring cycles and led HR integration through an acquisition to bring the combined organization to 700+ employees.

Today, I lead HR teams (2–5 direct reports) with hands-on ownership of compliance and governance frameworks including POSH, SOX, and ISO. I also drive HR digital transformation (manual-to-HRMS/HCM migration) and use Power BI/Tableau for HR analytics and data-informed workforce decisions—best suited to organizations that need an end-to-end HR operator.
