What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead people strategy and HR transformation for growth-stage organizations—partnering with CXOs to build inclusive culture, scalable org design, and measurable talent programs, supported by automation and data-driven decision-making.

I’m an HR & People Strategy leader with 11+ years of experience scaling organizations through workforce planning, org design, change, and culture-building. I partner closely with CXOs and business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and growth priorities.

In my current role, I’m leading the establishment of SIG’s Global Business Services Center (BSC) in Bangalore. I drive HR strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and scalable HR policies, while accelerating HR digitalization and automation for data-driven decisions and stronger employee self-service.

Previously, as Former Head of HR at Fynd–Jio, I built and scaled the people function from the ground up—enabling growth from 80 to 1,200+ employees. I led organization-wide programs across talent management, performance, rewards, employee experience, succession planning, and leadership development, including AI-powered HR tool initiatives and 100% digital, zero-paper HR operations.

I’ve also worked across HR transformation and COE development for a 500+ employee Defence Tech organization, achieving 100% audit and statutory compliance. Earlier in my career, I handled end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across multiple locations, strengthening onboarding, compliance, and people processes from both an operational and advisory lens.
