I have solid experience in customer service, sales, and interior construction. My career began as a sales associate at H&M, where I discovered my passion for direct customer interaction and sales. This foundational role ignited my enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and understanding customer needs.

After my time at H&M, I worked at CD Construction in France, where I deepened my craftsmanship and technical understanding in interior construction. This experience allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail and quality in my work. I then transitioned into the communication industry, working as a call center agent in the back office, where I honed my organizational skills and service orientation. Currently, I am at See USA Tours, applying my customer service expertise with international clients, and I am known for my reliability, commitment, and strong customer focus.
