At CFC, I support the TL team by coordinating underwriting assistant workflows across global teams and time zones. I also handle billing compliance checks and quality-assurance reviews of policies and documentation.
Previously, at TOKIO MARINE HCC, I supported TRI operations and worked as an Underwriting Assistant, reviewing transaction files, maintaining policy records, and processing documentation. I’ve also supported audits, reporting projects, and process improvement initiatives, including AI integration.
