Led a distributed QA team of 5-6 within a 200+ engineer organization, coordinating US engineering stakeholders and the Armenia QA team. Owned compiler/toolchain release validation and QA release authority.

Led mobile QA strategy, workload planning, defect management and release readiness. Built reusable automated build-and-test systems with Appium and Selenium.

Progressed through application engineering, C/C++ development and QA into team leadership, covering design, debugging, code reviews, mentoring and releases for embedded and compiler technologies.

Achieved ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification in 2017.

Completed a two-year certificate program in Computer Science at Gyumri Technology Center from 2005 to 2007.

Earned a Master's degree in Mathematics from Shirak State University from 1995 to 2000.
