What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior QA/quality leadership role where I can own quality end-to-end—automation, system testing, and release validation—while mentoring teams and partnering with Product to strengthen requirements and delivery readiness.

I’m a senior software quality professional with over 20 years of experience owning end-to-end QA: automation, system-level testing, and release ownership. I build test frameworks that improve stability, accelerate feedback, and keep quality measurable across UI, API, and end-to-end workflows.

At TACTUN, I’ve been the sole QA from feature validation to release validation—covering UI and API testing with Playwright, Cypress, and TypeScript. I also perform system-level manual testing of the platform’s controller in coordination with the hardware, validate machine-integrator workflows, and partner with the Product Owner to clarify requirements and update PRDs from a quality perspective.

Previously, as a QA Team Lead / Software Engineer in Test, I led automation and improved product reliability for the Airglass desktop application. I built end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright with visual testing via Applitools, and I created a Pytest-based backend validation framework for event-driven microservices using NATS.io to ensure system correctness.

I’ve also managed QA teams and engineered automated test infrastructure across web and iOS at IntelinAirAM, including Protractor→Cypress migration and Appium-based testing. Alongside industry roles, I teach at European University of Armenia, and I hold a PhD in Software Engineering for Information Security with a focus on system correctness and quality at scale.
