I’m a Senior Tech & AI Project Manager with 8+ years delivering end-to-end agile programs across frontend, backend, QA, and enterprise client ecosystems. I own roadmaps, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and engineering-ready tickets that remove ambiguity and speed execution.

In recent roles, I’ve delivered AI product features from concept to production—driving Voice AI modules and call simulation capabilities in parallel with related product work. I also lead Agentic AI initiatives such as RAG-based systems and AI model training pipelines, ensuring alignment between product vision, stakeholder needs, and engineering delivery.

I’ve managed complex ERP implementations and migrations, including multi-company, multi-tenant architectures spanning manufacturing, sales, purchasing, CRM, accounting, inventory, and role-based permissions. I build and coordinate cross-functional teams, run structured demos and stakeholder reporting, and close the loop between live issues and the engineering backlog.
