Throughout my career, I have worked with sensitive information while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service quality.

In my current role as Virtual Visit Executive at BBVA PyME, I assist business clients, validate information, and support operational processes while ensuring service quality standards are consistently met.

Previously, I worked as a Card Theft and Loss Executive at BBVA, where I managed customer incidents, tracked cases, prepared reports in Excel, and handled service requests through multiple communication channels.
