I’m a customer service professional with hands-on experience in the healthcare insurance industry and retail. I focus on helping people understand their coverage with clear, professional communication, even when questions are complex.

In my current role as a Customer Service Representative for healthcare insurance, I assist members with medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision benefits. I explain coverage details, deductibles, copayments, and claims processes, while resolving complex inquiries related to healthcare services and benefits.

I consistently maintain compliance with company policies and quality standards, using customer service systems and call center platforms to support accurate, timely responses. I’m comfortable in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and member-first communication matter.

Before this, I worked as a Customer Service Associate in retail, providing in-person customer support in a high-volume setting and processing transactions. Alongside my practical experience, I’m currently studying Engineering at the National University of Engineering (UNI), which keeps me growing and improving how I approach problem solving.
