I am a driven customer service professional with experience across frontline roles and supervisory positions in fast-paced operations. I have worked as a crew member, cashier and kitchen assistant, then progressed to agent, subject-matter expert and supervisor roles at IBEX Nicaragua, and now specialize in insurance collections, claims and payer communication.

I bring strong customer service skills, technical support abilities, and demonstrated leadership and training experience, including FDCPA and HIPAA compliance. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with U.S. payroll and reimbursement verification processes.
