I am a bilingual customer service professional experienced in medical insurance and member support in both English and Spanish.

I have managed enrollment, eligibility, PCP/IPA changes, scheduled dental appointments, and handled prior authorizations and referrals while supporting members remotely with accuracy and empathy.

In contact-center roles I resolved POS and payment issues, processed pending payments, handled inbound and outbound calls, and provided technical assistance to agents; I also supported payroll cycles, office administration, and training logistics.
