What I'm looking for

I seek a mission-driven role combining research, grant and program management, and strategic advocacy to advance climate justice and human-rights outcomes.

I am a graduate researcher and policy analyst with over five years' experience in environmental policy, climate justice, and data-driven advocacy, delivering high-impact recommendations to multilateral organizations, think tanks, and NGOs. I have managed research programs and grant portfolios (€100k–€2.2M), coordinated large volunteer teams, and produced policy briefs, legal submissions, and media materials presented at COP28 and international fora.

My work blends quantitative and qualitative methods—Python, R, SQL, Tableau—and strategic communications to translate complex evidence into actionable policy and litigation support. I seek roles where I can combine research, program and grant management, and strategic advocacy to advance equitable climate and human-rights outcomes.
