Paola Martins

I have a strong background in statistics and data analysis, with experience across different industries and organizations. I hold a Master’s degree in Statistics and have worked as a Data Analyst in both public and private sectors, gaining hands-on experience in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Looker Studio.

My career started in academia, where I worked as a research assistant and intern, developing my analytical and problem-solving skills. I then transitioned into industry roles, such as at Voies Navigables de France, where I cleaned customer data, performed statistical analyses, and optimized data processing workflows. At ATMO Hauts-de-France, I developed forecasting models for air quality, improving data visualization with cartographic tools.

I also have experience in teaching and training, having worked at Le Wagon, where I helped students master SQL, Python, GitHub, and Power BI. My ability to communicate complex data concepts effectively has been a key strength throughout my career.

Beyond work, I am passionate about continuous learning and enjoy physical activities like CrossFit, yoga, and swimming. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can apply my skills to solve real-world problems and drive data-driven decision-making.
