I'm looking for a customer service, collections, account management, or administrative role where I can resolve account issues, support customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and contribute in a high-volume environment.

I negotiate payment arrangements, process payments accurately, prepare documentation for unresolved accounts, and assist with collateral repossession processes.
