At Socium Group, LLC, I managed course administration for CDC’s OneLab REACH LMS and the Laboratory Director University platform. I was assigned as Project Manager and Lead Instructional Designer for a OneLab course, and created training job aids, manuals, diagrams, and guides.

At GSI North America, I developed training materials for the CDC’s Division of State and Local Readiness, including instructor-led, hybrid, and virtual learning. I also created and produced video projects and train-the-trainer resources.

Earlier, I developed Cityworks training for the City of Kent, Washington, and supported learning platforms and instructional design at Albizu University. My work has included accessible course design, assessment tools, and online and hybrid training.
