I seek a role designing accessible, measurable eLearning and multimodal training in healthcare or government settings, with opportunities to lead L&D initiatives, manage LMS, scale programs, and support remote/hybrid teams while growing my instructional design leadership.

I am a senior instructional designer specializing in accessible eLearning, multimedia, and LMS management, with deep experience in healthcare and government training. I develop storyboards, technical documentation, and multimodal training using Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, ElevenLabs, and Synthesia, and I consistently grew my previous eLearning library by 30% while supporting over $7 million in program offerings.
