I've driven business development and customer operations across Pharmaways Health, A2pay, Karibuni Security Services, SANRAL, and Standard Bank. My work centres on growing commercial opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and improving service delivery.

At Pharmaways Health, I identified pharmacy expansion opportunities, developed a portfolio of 800 pharmaceutical products, increased sales revenue by 15% through supplier management and pricing negotiations, and secured supply contracts with 5–7 independent pharmacies each month.

At A2pay, I coached and monitored teams on software and service processes, using KPI tracking and reviews to help consultants reach 50 new client sign-ups monthly. I also implemented KPI frameworks for Line 1 and Line 2 support to improve accountability, adoption, retention, and churn management.

I've trained and coached teams of more than 27 consultants and managed portfolios of 250–300 clients. I bring hands-on experience in strategic negotiation, customer experience, team leadership, performance measurement, and sustainable business growth.
