At Onramp.money, I lifted transaction success rates from about 41% to 49% in four months across 12 new geographies. I also project-managed Echo Money onboarding dashboards and helped scale 0fiat from ₹0 to ₹4L in monthly transacted volume.

I've led go-to-market launches for 16 cloud kitchens across three cities, an in-store kiosk, and a health café, while launching 15+ private-label health and food SKUs. At Fleek and Blockwiz, I built partner relationships, closed 25+ vendor partnerships, produced 20+ podcast episodes, and created scalable operating frameworks.
