I’m looking to lead marketplace and supplier operations at scale—owning KPIs, forecasting, SOPs, and cross-functional GTM execution to grow revenue and partner ecosystems.

I’m a Senior Operations, GTM, and Strategic Partnerships leader with 9+ years of experience scaling SaaS and marketplace businesses. I’m known for building supplier ecosystems, driving revenue growth, and owning end-to-end operational systems across global markets.

At Spocket, I’ve owned end-to-end supplier lifecycle across North America, Europe, and APAC, activating 5000+ suppliers. I built and scaled supplier acquisition, onboarding, and activation engines, and I define KPIs across acquisition, activation, and support with dashboards for performance visibility and decision-making.

I lead operational standardization through SOPs, workflows, and process frameworks, and I own forecasting for supplier pipeline, onboarding capacity, and operational throughput. I also drive cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Finance, and CX to improve platform reliability and partner experience.

Previously, as founding team at Stumbl, I built marketplace operations from scratch—onboarding 50+ D2C brands and maintaining less than 1 percent churn. Earlier roles include Head of Business Development and Lead Business Development Manager at Meesho, where I scaled supplier onboarding to 150000+ sellers and developed KPI, incentive, dashboarding, and forecasting models.
