At Contentstack, I manage technical customer issues from investigation through resolution across REST APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, integrations, content workflows, localization, and configuration.

I've maintained 4.7/5 chat CSAT and 4.6/5 case CSAT, including zero chat DSATs over one year. I use structured troubleshooting, issue reproduction, debugging, and root-cause analysis to reduce unnecessary Engineering escalations.

I collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support teams through detailed Jira handoffs, knowledge sharing, and customer advocacy. I've also built an end-to-end Contentstack project covering CMS, frontend integration, and deployment using Launch.
