I’m looking for a role where I can lead strategic, full-cycle talent acquisition—building talent pipelines, employer branding, and high-performing teams—while partnering with leadership on workforce planning, KPIs, and compliant, optimized recruitment processes.

I’m a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist and “Group Head, Talent Acquisition” with 10+ years of experience developing and executing strategic hiring initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth. In my current role, I lead end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding—while designing and optimizing processes to deliver an efficient, positive candidate experience. I also manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies, supported by workforce planning and forecasting to identify both current and future talent needs.

My strengths include employer branding, talent pipeline development, DEI hiring, and stakeholder management with senior leadership and hiring managers to translate organizational goals into actionable talent acquisition strategies.
