I'm currently supporting customers at Nakama Tech as an outbound customer service representative, welcoming clients, explaining products and services, and following up on their condition.

I also provide customer support for technical issues. My work focuses on clear communication, reliable follow-up, and helping clients receive great service.

During my attachment at Kenyatta National Hospital, I coordinated departmental meetings, managed office equipment, maintained records, and handled calls, emails, filing, photocopying, and scanning. I hold a Diploma in Business Administration and Studies and use Microsoft Word and Excel for office work.
