What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support a dynamic organization by taking ownership of client/admin workflows—especially CRM data in Salesforce—while delivering dependable, organized customer service and smooth office operations.

I’ve spent 5+ years handling customer service, office management, and CRM work, with Salesforce at the center of my day-to-day. At Edmentum (2022–2026), I managed and updated client data in Salesforce with 100% accuracy, consulted with educators on needs, and routed inbound phone/chat requests to the right departments.

Before that, I trained baristas at Starbucks and ran full administrative operations at Faith Fellowship Church of the Nazarene (2014–2018). I managed bookkeeping, scheduling, document preparation, and record handling, and I built weekly and special-event presentations in PowerPoint.
