What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or executive support role where I can improve organizational efficiency, coordinate teams and projects, support leadership, and continue growing in public administration and marketing.

At IDEA Health Professions, I coordinate operations for 70+ faculty and staff while supporting executive leadership across HR, payroll, enrollment, communications, events, purchasing, and campus operations.

I manage a K–12 master calendar and improved substitute placement accuracy to 95%. Previously at Rate Genius, I progressed from customer service and loan processing into team leadership and assistant management, overseeing training, hiring, coaching, metrics, escalations, and process improvements.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and bring 12+ years of experience supporting operations in corporate and educational settings. I'm completing an Associate of Applied Science in Marketing and pursuing a bachelor's degree in public administration.
