As a freelance Leadership Coach (remote), I designed a full development programme and progressed from mentee to coach by demonstrating rapid adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to continuous growth.

In hospitality, I handled multi-event, high-volume guest interactions while maintaining composure, accuracy, and a customer-first approach under pressure. I also stepped up at short notice to independently manage additional VIP suites, taking ownership of communications, logistics, and service delivery without escalation.

Earlier, I supported recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Intern, acting as a first point of contact for candidate queries across multiple channels and keeping 5+ stakeholders informed throughout the process. Across roles, I stay focused on putting the customer first, maintaining accurate records with discretion, and using active listening to build rapid rapport with diverse audiences.
