What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own recruitment and HR operations while delivering excellent customer support. I thrive in fast-paced, remote teams and want to grow my impact through organized workflows, strong communication, and measurable results.

I’m a bilingual psychologist with extensive experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and customer support. I bring strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach in fast-paced, remote environments.

In my current Hybrid role as an HR Assistant & Key Account Lead, I support HR operations and onboarding, coordinate employee engagement programs, and assist with recruitment. I also serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, handle escalations, and support data review and team performance monitoring.

Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at PartnerHero, I managed full-cycle recruitment—from interviews and candidate evaluations to verification and background checks. I handled ATS management, job postings, and LinkedIn Recruiter workflows to keep hiring moving efficiently.

I’ve also built strong customer support foundations through roles including Junior Associate at Ridgeline Agency and a Remote Medical Interpreter position. With recent credentials from Intercom and Zapier, I’m focused on combining people operations, recruiting execution, and customer experience into outcomes teams can rely on.
