What I'm looking for

I'm interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources management, where I can contribute to attracting and selecting talent aligned with organizational needs.

At Hecho por Nosotros, I maintain candidate tracking databases in Google Sheets and Excel, bringing applicant information from LinkedIn and Idealist together to support recruitment pipelines.

I also coordinate onboarding for incoming international volunteers, including documentation, welcome kits, and introductory meetings with the founder.

As a Clinical Psychology Intern at Catholic University Of Honduras, I conducted individual clinical interviews and psychological assessments and prepared technical reports to document findings.
