I’m looking for a customer support role where I can combine proactive troubleshooting, strong communication, and KPI-driven improvements to deepen client relationships, resolve issues fast, and raise satisfaction through process optimization.

I’m a customer support–focused professional actively seeking a customer support role. I aim to leverage my expertise in team leadership, communication, and relationship building to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

In my Senior IT Project Asset Manager role at FedEx Trade Networks/Logistics, I oversaw the IT asset lifecycle, improving inventory accuracy and reducing asset loss. I also streamline workflows and automation to enhance provisioning and reconciliation efficiency, while collaborating with teams and vendors to prioritize projects and maintain compliance.

Before that, I served as a Project Manager for FedEx Office on large-scale retail operations projects for the Walmart account. I led cross-functional coordination to deliver initiatives on schedule and within scope, managed timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation, and maintained clear client communication through status reporting and post-project reviews.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an Account Manager for Government Accounts at FedEx Office, building long-term relationships and ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with procurement regulations.
