I'm currently supporting approximately 10 school sites at East St. Louis School District 189, coordinating complex initiatives across administrators, educators, families, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams.

I manage concurrent projects from intake through completion by tracking dependencies and deliverables, documenting decisions, communicating status, and resolving barriers. I also support adoption of PowerSchool, Branching Minds, Embrace, AimsWeb Plus, Renaissance, Google Workspace, and Zoom through training, consultation, troubleshooting, and ongoing user support.

I've created standardized referral resources, training materials, and workflows that improved implementation fidelity by approximately 20%. My work includes validating assessment, intervention, student, and compliance data; identifying discrepancies; and translating technical and regulatory requirements into practical actions for stakeholders.

Earlier at Express Scripts, I reviewed healthcare program and pharmacy benefit requests, applied eligibility and authorization criteria, and resolved member and provider issues while protecting sensitive health information. As an MBA candidate, I'm ready to bring my implementation coordination, process improvement, data review, and change-support experience to healthcare technology implementation.
