I translate district goals and complex concepts into actionable learning experiences, implementation strategies, documentation, and ongoing support. I partner with school leadership on change management, technology adoption, family engagement, and data cleanup that prepares districts for successful onboarding.

Across North Kansas City Public Schools and Liberty Public Schools, I designed curriculum initiatives, coached educators, and delivered differentiated K–6 learning experiences. I used learner and performance data to improve instruction, create responsive interventions, and strengthen engagement in virtual and in-person settings.
