What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an Implementation Project Manager or Implementation Department Lead role within healthcare technology or SaaS, where I can use my delivery experience, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills to support large-scale client launches.

At TherapyNotes, I provide front-line technical and customer support for an EHR and SaaS platform used by behavioral health practices. I maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rating and document user stories for the AI development team.

At ECP, I co-led implementation of Cedarhurst, a 58-community assisted living system serving more than 3,000 residents. When 15 communities joined mid-project, I adapted the plan and added on-site training without delaying go-live.

I also designed a stakeholder engagement and risk-tracking tool that the ECP Implementation team adopted organization-wide. I directed EHR training and onboarding, and co-trained staff for ECP’s largest enterprise client.
