I am a dynamic and results-driven HR professional with a strong background in employee engagement, talent management, analytics, and leadership development. Currently, I serve as a Talent Specialist at GKN Automotive, where I led the global Engagement Survey across 19 countries, achieving an impressive 80% response rate. My role involves analyzing survey results to support HR Business Partners in creating actionable plans and launching visibility campaigns. I also spearheaded the Senior Leader Capsules development program, achieving a high Net Promoter Score, and conducted a correlation study between engagement results and key business metrics.
