What I'm looking for

I’m aspiring to work with global organizations in HR/L&D roles spanning People & Culture, Employee Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness.

At JM Financials Ltd., I coordinate leadership-development logistics, analyze training feedback and assessment trends, and support post-training follow-through. I also contributed research and implementation planning to a Sales mentoring program.

For my Organizational Research Project with British Red Cross, I led 15 semi-structured employee interviews and used NVivo and reflexive thematic analysis to identify workplace patterns. I combined interview, survey and academic evidence to develop interventions and present recommendations to stakeholders.

At CORE Energy System Ltd., I partnered with the CHRO on 360° feedback analysis for 16 Business Line Heads. I also analyzed employee and exit feedback, supported KRA and KPI framework development, and contributed to engagement, training and onboarding initiatives.

My studies in organizational psychology inform my interest in people development and employee experience. I’m aspiring to work with global organizations in HR/L&D roles spanning People & Culture, Employee Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness.
