What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in talent acquisition or HR operations where I can build international talent pipelines, improve candidate experiences, partner with stakeholders, and contribute to employer branding and people-focused growth.

I've managed international 360 recruitment at TellCo Europe, supporting hiring across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Asia.

I supported 15+ permanent hires and 60+ interns, built early-career pipelines with 10+ universities, and partnered with hiring managers through sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.

I also led a 6–7 member marketing team, coordinated concurrent projects, and used employer branding and digital communications to strengthen talent attraction.

My MSc in Human Resource Management and Psychology background support my approach to candidate engagement, employee relations, stakeholder communication and people-focused HR operations.
