I’m looking for a remote-ready role where I can own executive support and operations—scheduling, documentation, and workflows—improving response times and keeping SLAs on track while partnering with leadership across time zones.

I’m an Executive Assistant and Operations Professional with 3+ years of experience supporting administrative operations, stakeholder communications, scheduling, documentation management, and cross-functional coordination in remote environments. In my current role as Helpdesk & Administrative Support Officer at Iconic Open University, I process and track 200+ student admission applications, coordinate virtual test scheduling for 20+ students across time zones, and maintain accurate student records and correspondence logs in Google Sheets. I also support finance workflows by reviewing and approving Payment Request Forms and submitting administrative financial reports.

Previously at iSON Xperiences (M-KOPA Support), I processed 1,000+ Freshdesk support tickets over 7 months while maintaining SLA compliance.
