I’m a results-driven sales and customer service professional with experience in both retail and call center environments. I consistently deliver professional service in fast-paced settings while keeping my work accurate, compliant, and customer-focused.

In my most recent role as a Sales/ Call Center Agent, I conducted outbound sales calls to promote and sell a mobile security application. I made a high volume of calls (approximately 200 customers a day) while working towards a monthly sales target of 60 successful sales, using company scripts and data protection guidelines.

I’m skilled at logging, updating, and maintaining accurate customer information on CRM systems, and I explain product benefits clearly while addressing customer objections effectively. I bring strong call center operations habits, including time management, attention to detail, and consistent, high-quality engagement.

Before that, I supported daily store operations as a Store Assistant Cashier at Clicks Group. I processed cash and card transactions using the POS system, assisted customers with product information, and ensured stock availability and a clean, well-organized shopping environment.
