In my previous role I developed strong telephone etiquette, application and submission verification skills, and the ability to work extended hours when required. I am self-motivated, result-driven, and able to perform under pressure.

I bring analytic, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, combined with commitment, discipline, and a capacity to accommodate multicultural teams and customers. I speak English, Sotho, Siswati, and Afrikaans, which helps me connect with diverse client groups.
