What I'm looking for

I am looking for a job that will enhance my current skills and add more to what I have already acquired. I am very eager to learn something new and do something innovative. Growth within a company is exceptionally important to me, I hope to achieve that with any job I find.

My working career started 7 years ago I got a learnership for a very known bank and through that learnership I obtained a Banking certificate. My role within the bank included, cash handling, data entry, quality checks, customer verification and visual inspection. Although my role within the company was short it was worth the information and skill I obtained within the bank. I have also worked in two call centers which involved customer service support, assisting the customer with whatever they need ensuring their satisfaction with the company. I recently worked for a foods company which also required me to deal with customers face to face on a daily basis and deliver exceptional customer service. My dream is to enhance the current skills I have obtained throughout the years and gain more.

Working for woolworths I started off as a cashier for about one year six months, I then got promoted from CS level 2 to CS level 3. As a CS level 3 employee I worked as an interactive specialist which required me to ensure that freshly baked and cooked food is available for customers each and every day. My job demanded me to maintain quality goods sold within the store for customer satisfaction.
