What I'm looking for

I’m looking to move into a tech company through an Associate Implementation Specialist role, doing work connected to hospitality—teaching people new platforms and staying in touch with them afterward.

At three high-volume venues, I interviewed and trialled candidates, recommended hires, and trained new staff, including teaching POS systems during service. I also wrote checklists and training notes, and handled guest questions and complaints at 33 Acres Brewing Co.

For my SAIT capstone, EquipTrack, I wrote requirements, designed the workflow and interface, built the database, and did most of the development on a four-person team. I recently completed SAIT's Interactive Design – Web Design & Development diploma and build web applications of my own.
