I’m a Category & Sales Operations specialist with 11.7+ years’ experience leading retail chains, eCommerce platforms, and DTC brands. I drive business growth using data-driven strategies, innovation, and optimized processes across category, sales execution, and fulfillment.

In my current role, I manage key accounts across modern and offline channels, delivering 23% YoY revenue growth through promotions and inventory planning. I’ve improved service levels with 98% OTIF and maintained <1.5% stockout rate, while boosting order fulfillment by 15% and reducing RTOs by 11% in D2C.
