What I'm looking for
I’m a Category Manager focused on building profitable e-commerce businesses with strong ethics and integrity. I combine category strategy, buying/negotiations, and analytics to improve P&L while scaling growth across B2C and B2B.
Currently at Snapdeal, I drive Business Strategy across ONDC, House of Brands, and PB & Seller Growth. I lead Electronics categories (Small, PCA, Audio, TWS, Electronic Accessories), with responsibility for developing Private Brands and expanding reseller and kirana/SME seller development.
Previously, I managed channel and category performance across marketplaces—Snapdeal (E-commerce, B2C and B2B Strategy), Flipkart Wholesale (Channel Sales optimization), and Walmart India (Category Management Offline and Online). I’ve owned initiatives like Open Network for Digital Commerce Integration and House of brands (Mensa, Globalbees, Club10, Upscalio), along with SEO and NMPV Impression Funnel Analysis for AD spends.
My achievements include delivering top and bottom line through P&L Management, building and scaling business profitably, and maximizing ROI with suppliers through training and mentoring new joiners. I also support essentials like business hygiene & working capital, vendor negotiations and management, planogram development, demand forecasting, and fill rate analysis—so growth stays disciplined and measurable.
