I am a category and operations professional with 3.5+ years of experience in high-growth consumer businesses, owning ambiguity-heavy problem statements across category strategy, partner operations, and service excellence. My work has focused on translating data and on-ground insights into scalable operating models that drive sustainable growth while balancing customer experience, unit economics, and operational efficiency.
