What I'm looking for
I am an Application Support Engineer with 5.5 years of experience managing critical applications and distributed systems in the Banking/NBFC domain. I specialize in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), ensuring high availability and performance.
I triage and resolve incidents using PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Linux, log analysis and Core Java, and I coordinate with vendors and business units to drive timely fixes and enhancements. I follow ITIL practices and use tools such as Jira Service Management and ServiceNow to meet SLA targets.
I have hands-on experience with application monitoring (Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch), deployments on Apache Tomcat, automation with cron and scripting, and DevOps tooling including AWS EC2, Jenkins and GIT. I have implemented change requests, configured workflows in FinnOne Neo, and integrated FinnOne with Salesforce CRM.
I recently led application support and business analysis as a Project Manager and continue to upskill through a full-stack web development bootcamp to stay current with modern technologies. I document SOPs and knowledge articles to reduce recurring incidents and improve team efficiency.
